Happy Spring! The weather is heating up and so is the market.
This past week we saw an increase in new listing options which likely means we’ll
see a busy spring market with more inventory for buyers than last spring. We’re still experiencing ~55% of the listings going into multiple offers, some with bully offers, resulting in an average 9% over list price! An increase in the supply side could have a cooling effect, although with such tremendous demand it might only make a slight change.
